Art Challenge Blogs

This is an incomplete list of mixed media art challenge blogs. Your submissions for these challenges can be collaged, colored, cut, drawn, embellished, painted, pierced, scraped, stamped, stitched, etc.... in any combination. The only criteria I had for choosing these particular challenge blogs is that weren't looking for plain stamping or scrapbooking type entries with results that had a done from a kit look. I know... I'm opening myself up to all kinds of arguments! ;) If you have or know of a blog I missed please leave a comment with a URL. Or... *gasp* if you want your blog removed from the list let me know.

The rules vary from blog to blog but basically a theme/image is posted weekly/fortnightly/monthly/randomly and you must use that theme/image in your mixed media artwork. You also must follow any other rules pertaining to size/products used, especially if a blog is associated with a particular company. Photograph or scan your work and post it to your own blog. It's nice to link back to the original challenge within your post so that others can jump on the bandwagon too. Then go leave a comment on the original challenge post and link to your own post. Got it?! Good! ;) Sometimes there are awards/prizes at the end of the challenge but for the most part getting comments on your own post is reward enough.
